> Take a walk in countryside - appreciating nature, the fresh air are proven to calm the mind being amongst nature there are many therapy sessions done with animals.
> Take time to meditate, whether this is first thing in the morning to help manage your symptoms first thing and/or before you sleep to help you have a restful night.
> Create a gratitude journal, write about all the good things that have happened no matter how small they seem they are the steps that are going to help you overcome anxiety.
> When you feel like a panic attack is going to come on, you'll feel the build up start to notice the things around you using all your senses, what can you see, count the things. What can you hear, touch/feel, smell, taste - if you begin to assess things your mind will less likely spiral into a panic attack and over time you will have more control over your anxiety as you will see the early warning signs.
There are so many ways that anxiety can manifest itself, be kind to yourself and know this too shall pass.
